Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle massage technique that stimulates the flow of lymphatic fluid in the body. It is used when fluid accumulates in the tissue, for example after surgery, injuries, or in cases of swelling (edema).

Through slow, rhythmic hand movements, the therapist supports the lymphatic system in removing excess fluid. The treatment is painless, relaxing, and can reduce swelling as well as relieve the feeling of heaviness or tension.
